This is when Jiminy Cricket finds Pinocchio on Pleasure Island smoking, drinking and playing pool. He's upset with him, but enraged when Lampwick insults him.

Jiminy Cricket decided to be the "bigger man" and walk away. However he was so frustrated that he put on his coat backwards.
